So its all over for another year. Some interesting things happened, like Justin Wong being beaten by a Zangief pad-player and then eliminated by an Adon player. Can't say I saw that coming.
I've only watched the SSF4 and Tekken 6 finals, and I must say the SSF4 final was excellent watching. However, I can't say the same for Tekken 6. If you haven't seen them, then here they are:

yea that tekken final was pretty 1 sided. The semi finals were a lot more interesting.
Can't believe eita didn't make it top 8. He and momochi are my 2 favourite akuma.
Good for Daigo representing japan. Funny how all the Americans were so hyped up for evo and kept thinking they could make top 8 like marn, jwong, sanford, arturo. Yet none of them got that far.
Check out youtube for vangief videos. The dude does 720s while on the ground! holy! walk up ultra that is sick. I don't think I've seen a jap do that without buffering a move.
I watched the T6 semis today and they were a much better watch. Maybe because it was between 2 character I use ^_^
I saw a heap of photos from the event too. Basically it looked like what we did on a MUCH larger scale. Need to start getting the fliers out around town to see who comes out of the woodwork.
